We're a group of individuals in Ozaukee County who've discovered much improved health for our children, families, and ourselves when we eliminated wheat and gluten from our diets. Some of us are very new at this lifestyle, others have been gluten-free for decades and know the ropes. We come together to support one another and share information, resources, recipes, and stories of health regained.
